At The DC Dentist your overall health and well-being is our primary focus. We will thoroughly discuss all fees and payment options associated with your treatment in advance to ensure that together we’re making the best decision for your overall health and well-being.

We have several financial options to help you look and feel your very best and are happy to work with you towards achieving optimal oral health. As an unrestricted provider we work with all insurances that allows you to choose your dentist. We also work to maximize all your benefits.

At The DC Dentist our Treatment Coordinator is an expert when it comes to insurance and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the care that you deserve without compromise.

The DC Dentist Healthy Smile Membership Plan

Details:

The DC Dentist is pleased to offer you the Healthy Smile Membership Plan. This annual membership plan allows for individuals and families not covered by Dental Insurance to receive quality dental care at a reduced cost. We want to prioritize your oral health and the Healthy Smile Membership Plan allows for complete continuation of preventative care. If you are a new patient and interested in the Membership Plan, please call to schedule your New Patient Consultation.

Plans will include on a yearly basis:
** 2 Comprehensive Dental Exams
** 2-4 Professional Cleanings per year based on your oral health care
** 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
** 2 Periodontal Evaluations (Gum Evaluations)
** 1 Emergency Visit
** All necessary X-Rays (Excluding CT Scans)
** Consultations
** $500 off Orthodontic Treatment
** Additional 10% off total treatment

The annual Healthy Smile Membership Plan is both non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership Plan payments are due when you apply. This plan cannot be used with insurance or any other discounts. The Membership Plan may only be applied at our office. All additional treatment must be paid in order to reserve your time with the provider. This is not a dental insurance policy.
